Deliveries

All books are carefully packed, despatched promptly and should arrive in fine condition. If for any reason a book is unsatisfactory it may be returned, within 10 days, for a full refund.

Please allow between 5 and 15 days for delivery.

Cancelling an order

If you have made an order with us and need to cancel some part, or all of it then please contact us directly on 020 7657 2271 and ask for the website orders department. Alternatively you can e-mail your cancellation info@ritchiebooks.co.uk.

Security and Protection

We value your orders and make every effort to ensure this site is secure and safe to use.

Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address when making an order. All orders are processed by our book distributors, Central Books Ltd, and your card statement will reflect this.

When you go to the shopping checkout you should see a small padlock in the status bar at the bottom of your browser to indicate the page is secure.
